A Place in the Sun Exhibition

We had a great show!

Record number of visitors were recorded, notwithstanding we were having a late burst of hot summer weather. 

The buzz at the show was fabulous and we at Picham made new friends, contacts and received many work enquiries. Chief amongst these were people requesting some of our properties as a lovely base for inspection trips in the Marbella Spain area. We  also received many requests for our holiday accommodation and will be working with various developers. Watch this space for further news.

The presenters of "A Place in the Sun" Jonny Irwin, Jasmin Harman, Laura Hamiliton and Amanda Lamb were on hand to give excellent talks on their experiences dealing with international property.
